It’s been a couple of years since I sat down to write about my process of channeling and channeling the Akashic Records, and to really update you, dear reader, about what you can expect working with me.

This year, my relationship to rest (or rather lack thereof of rest) has really been brought to my attention and centered in my awareness. Even though I've really sat with and dug deeper into my aversion to rest (more appropriately naming it there), this is not an issue that started this year for me. It's a pattern of mine. Here’s what my Akashic Records had to say about it.

So many of us are receiving messages, but don't actually trust ourselves enough to really believe the message is for us. We might receive the message, but then immediately doubt it or question it or think that it can't be real, when that's actually our ego's response vs our intuitive channels. It's time to trust yourself, love.
