Cancellation Policy
Appointments that are cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will be given a full refund, while refunds will not be made for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. If you wish to cancel, please do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You are responsible for canceling your appointment.

Rescheduling your Reading
Rescheduling may be done by the client no later than 24 hours in advance. If you wish to reschedule, please do so by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

No Shows
No shows will be charged for the full amount of their reading. No refunds will be given. If you would like a future appointment, you will have to go through the booking process again, paying in full for a new appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late (i.e., if you are 15 minutes late for a 60-minute session, your appointment will be 45 minutes instead of an hour). Please note that if you are late, you will still be charged for the full session.

Age
By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

Preparing for the Reading
This is a client-guided and centered reading. By scheduling your appointment, you agree that you are aware of this and will prepare questions in advance to ask during your session. Your questions should be open-ended and center yourself/your experiences as Emily can’t read anyone else’s Akashic Records.

The Records are an infinite resource of information on your past lives, present situation, and future possibilities. The word possibilities is important here, as nothing is set in stone. Every choice, thought, and decision you make in the present moment has an effect on the substance of the next series of potentials and probabilities drawn to you.

If you are lost, confused, and unsure of what to ask, Emily can help guide your reading and explore the information provided.
